Posterheroes Shaping the Future Exhibition: This piece was selected as one of the top 40 posters out of 2,908 submissions from 103 countries. Printed in an exhibit catalog as well as a calendar, #FWP was featured in an exhibit at the European Institute of Design in Florence,
#FirstWorldPrivilege is a spin-off of first-world problems. We complain about such mundane things as delayed flights and avocado toast while other countries are struggling to survive. Drought, famine, disease: entire civilizations working twice as hard for half as much of the simple things we take for granted every single day.
This piece puts the issue of access and privilege in sharp focus, forcing us to come to terms with how lucky we are to live the lives we do and how it is our duty to use that privilege to aide those without it.
